Photo of some of the oldest flowering plants on our planet. Orchids had to develop an amazing variety of colors to attract insects to pollinate. Lucky us that they did and we could learn all about them this year 🙂

So many kids, so many gifts, keeping them color-coded helps :). End of semester excitement is building up :). Amazinly, we had 35 kids take classes outdoors this year (some gifts did not fit on the couch), what an adventure that we will never forget!

Teens who are smiling! It does happen :). Spring semester is almost over.. Yesterday was the last class of the older kids group learning about history. Should have taken more pictures as the girls did a scavenger hunt, played charades and solved quests, but we were all having too much fun :). Well deserved good times at the end of lots of hard work! Thank you, ladies, for being such amazing students and wonderful people!

Right before quarantine began last year we got a chance to try our hands in calligraphy, make our own Japanese theater masks, create ikebana arrangements, make sushi a few times, learn about Hokusai and other types of Japanese art. Even got our hands on samurai sword katana adn attended a tea ceremony. So grateful for these experiences and cant wait to repeat some of them this summer in Japan adventures class! www.worldexplorers.club/product/japan-2/
